In Vibrational Yoga we combine a strong yang practice accompanied by warrior breathing and yin yoga with an exploration of sound. We allow the natural sounds as a reflection of energy build-ups in our body. We explore the impact of external sounds and vibration.
In Yin Yoga, we stretch and compress resting in long-held postures.
At the same time, we observe the energy moving in our meridians or energy channels.
